Most of the vitamins and minerals required for healthy glowing skin come from nutrition, not these expensive products. So, the first step is to feed your body right and treat the deficiencies and the second is to have a consistent skincare routine to improve your skin.
You would not get the things you want in life without trying. The same goes for a skincare routine. A skincare routine is indeed effective if you are consistent with it. Your skincare routine doesn’t have to feature dozens of cosmetics that you don’t need, but basic products such as a cleanser, moisturiser and sunscreen. Any face serums, creams or gels can also be added if your dermatologist prescribes them.
